I agree I been doing incline walking for 4 months and weighted 205pnow I'm at 164pound, and I can run now while doing incline, and I even breathe better and run faster and I'm 40yr old best exercise ever

I’ve gone from 340 to 256 lbs with incline walking 10 incline 3.0 mph 5x a week and weight lifting 5 hours a week avg. the best part is the loose skin is mostly non existent! Good luck guys and let’s get healthy.

I’ve been doing 15 incline and 3.5 speed for 60 minutes and when I feel tired I up the speed to 4.5 for 30 seconds then back down to 3.5 to make me feel less exhausted. It might not make sense but he helps

I do a 30 incline at a 3.0-3.8 speed. I do hang on to the handle bars and burn 1000 calories in under an hour. I know it feels like I’m cheating myself; but I do sweat a lot with that workout. Just recently I tried doing 23 incline at a 1.5-2.0 speed and within 50 minutes; I’m sweating more then the 30 incline workout. I also try to do backwards walking at a 1.0 pace for 50 calories until I hit 250 calories at a 23 incline. The point is, all these 3 workout does well as long as you stay consistent.

Best informing video on incline walking I've found yet! (I've looked) 12 degree incline @ 3.2/3.6 mph for 2 to 3 miles works foe me. Takes between 40-50 minutes and I'm pooped.

I walk every day incline 10 45 minutes speed 6.4 per hour, amazing results, wonderful feeling, highly recommend, takes time to get used to, in a workout that works well you sweat on the back of your stomach and in your hands

I’m currently doing 13% for 30min at 3mph. Working my way up to 15%. Might keep increasing incline gradually at same pace or stick to 15% and increase the speed gradually. One thing at a time!

I use every cardio machine and I find that Stepper/Crosstrainer burns fat the most. Since I have been using it for a long time, I have no problem to higher the difficulty level of the stepper almost to the max so I can burn 200kcal or even more in just 10 minutes. The only issue with this machine is that my hands start to hurt a little bit and have to move them to different positions to avoid pain
