Walking is my favorite exercise.... and even when I plan to walk 30 minutes, it easily becomes 60 minutes and it just feels good!

It also must be remembered folks that exercise is only 15% efficient for weight loss. The other 85% needs to come from your diet!

Most of my walks are with my toddler so they aren’t very fast. He stops to look at every tree/flower, but it’s better than nothing. When I was in college I discovered it was faster to walk 35 min than to take the bus, I started doing that almost every day and I lost 15 lbs and kept it off until I started working/having kids.

I power walk and love it- it’s something I’ve done done 30plus years! Let’s be honest- how many ppl can say they stayed with a workout plan that long. Plus- walking is super enjoyable, can be social, and doesn’t cause injuries! Great mention Autumn!👍

I’ve been walking twice a day for a total of 1.5 hours for two months and haven’t had ANY weight loss! I’m so disheartened. Clearly there’s something in my diet, or sleep, that is inhibiting me. Your videos have been really eye opening for me and I hope to incorporate your diet tips!

How funny is that that negative ions have suck a positive impact. I walk all three of my breaks at work(15-30 mins) and 35 mins with the dog at night- in New England in the Dark! No excuses

I have been pairing walking an hour a day with eating more intuitively for the past 2 months and i have noticed a HUGE difference. I always brushed off the idea of walking but it has been monumental for me lately. I have lost 10 pounds and feel great.

I have been walking everyday and I work in a coffee shop so I'm standing everyday. So I take the bus and the subway everyday and instead of going out in my stop I do it 2/3 stops before my stop and walk the rest to work is great way I can add waking in my routine

I’ve been walking in my livingroom lol walking in place, but still, I’ve been doing walk at home workout videos to help for 30 mins every M-F and I’ve lost 4lbs so far this week. Almost 20 lbs total. I have been eating all Whole Foods and nothing processed. And 2- 32oz water bottles per day

Thanks for another great video! For those who whine about walking outside in inclement weather, sorry to tell you, babes, but that’s just an excuse. I walk every day, rain, shine, snow, wind (I live in Canada). Just put on boots/mitts, or take an umbrella or whatever....the only weather I wouldn’t walk in is gale-force winds.

I live in Chicago and the weather gets crazy in the winter, but I love walking in it. It takes getting used to, but walking outside all year is the best 🙌🏻
