I really want a flat belly but can’t get one. I have lots of loose skin on my stomach, but it doesn’t sag. Could that be what’s preventing me from getting a flatter stomach? No matter how much weight I lose, it still doesn’t make a difference. I’m 6’2 and 145. I do 13-18 miles every day of the week and 30 minutes of weight lifting 4 times a week. Any advise is appreciated! 🙌

I love this no BS. Just get it down and do cardio. Tough love and I'm in it. Currently I'm on jump rope routine plus abs crunch from one of the aesthetic video .. 2 meal per day bfast eggs and dinner eggs and rice, mineral water. Let see how this routine works out after a month

I need help. I’m skinny everywhere but I don’t have a flat stomach. I eat healthy (for breakfast I have toast with avacado or banana and peanut butter and occasionally açaí bowl homemade, lunch I have salad, chicken with cheese tomato and pesto, and the occasional sandwich. Dinner I have whatever is on my parents 0 sugar 0 gluten diet.) I do multiple workouts every day, I do soccer so I’m constantly outside practicing, and I go on walks/runs every day.

Ok but sometimes, like in my case, I don’t have a ton of fat on my stomach, and while I would like to lose a couple pounds, my main problem is bloating. Those cute aesthetic ab workouts help me de-bloat and I see MAJOR differences especially over time

Right now I’m doing caloric deficit at 1, 500 calories. If I exercise and burn 300 calories does that mean I can eat a little bit more and still be in calorie deficit?
