I used to do this workout when I was 16-17 right before school in the morning...I'm turning 25 in a couple weeks. Just did this workout again. Nostalgia tastes so sweet.

Guys. When I'm doing mountain climbers my belly fat looks like a face coming out of my stomach. I think it's judging me.

Tip: when exercising on a harder/painful exercise sing some song lyrics (out loud or in your head) you'll get distracted by focusing on the lyrics and it'll make the time go by faster and distract you from some of the pain lol

Hi guys! I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (6 days a week) and I thought I'd share some updates with you. I've lost 7 cm around my waist (~2.75 inches) and I've gained 1 cm around my thighs ( ~0.40 inches). I don't have any abs (yet lol) but my stomach has definitely gotten flatter and more toned. My thighs also became more toned. The first week of this workout is pure hell, but from the second week it only gets better. I'd definitely recommend doing this workout. Good luck!

I am 167 pounds at age 14. I fail diets faster than I could even say their name. I am the fat friend in all of my social groups. I have no positive motivation. The only motivation I get is my own family shaming me left and right. But I'm planning on changing that. I am sick and tired of everyone's shit. I am sick and tired of all of the dissatisfied looks I get from my own mother. Hell I'm the fattest one in my family and I'm planning on changing that. Each like is a doing this twice a day. And each comment is one day being vegan. This will be the only source of positive motivation i have so thank you so much. Every little like you leave and every comment you give means something to me. It may not affect you personally but it effects me a LOT. I will keep you guys updated in two months on my weight loss and diet schedule (undetermined BC I have no idea on where I should start so tips would be welcomed!!). Thank

I did this for almost 2 years. I have a flat stomach, some 4 pack ... my obliques are very visible.

YES : It's working !
NO : I didn't stopped, I was doing it each week. ( 3 times per week )
NO : Doesn't works if you eat bad.
NO : Doesn't works if you start and stop and start and stop.
NO : Doesn't works if you do ONLY that.
NO : Doesn't works if you lay in your bed and watch this.
NO : Doesn't works if you give up.

RESULTS : after some months, it depends of your body fat...(6 months for me, because I had a lot of belly fat, when I started, and I've lost almost 10 kg, I was watching lots of youtube workout videos, I was dancing alone in my room, I didn't payed a thing, no "special" diet, just eating healthy and having a positive mind).

MY ROUTINE :
- eating healthy (Stop the sugar ! Eat fruits instead, or honey)
- exercising 3 - 4 times per week (abs, butt, arms, yoga, etc) at least for one hour
- let my body rest bewteen each day workout
- some cardio from time to time (between 30 - 40 minutes per week)
- have a positive thinking and never giving up
