This has been one of my favorite classes! Perhaps because I needed to focus on that area of connective tissue, even though I had never realized or felt the need before. Your yoga classes have now become a healthy daily addiction for me!

So I'm going to be 60 next month and I walk 4 miles a day, lately my tailbone and lower hips have hurt quite a bit .
I don't sit much, but do squat a lot working gardens and such.
Chiropractor suggested your Utube for to do it for a week and I will feel better . Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I do all of your videos but this is my favorite ever. Genius sequencing. Loved using supported splits to lengthen the quads rather than trying to make it a hamstring stretch. Excellently focused and planned class. <3
