This felt so good, especially at my lower back. The more I do Yin Yoga, the more I notice hidden tensions I hold in my body. Then, I try relax more and more.

I run 90 kms a week work 8 hrs 7 days a week ....yoga is magic ...I'm on day 2 of this consistency run ....yoga heals the body so much not just physically ❤r thanks a lot ...the hip is truly a bit challenge
