All in when it comes Travis' yin practices. Can never have too many videos which work on the spine given all the time we spend hunched over our devices. Side-kneeling pose much like Pilates mermaid. Good stretch. 😊

I love yin with Travis! In addition to the calming nature of it, I enjoy that it helps me sleep and that I have not had an injury since I started doing a couple of sessions per week about four years ago. Prior to that I was prone to minor injuries. Much thanks!

Whenver i try to do yoga i always leave more stressed than i came cause of the confusion and frustration around not being able to do the practices right, but this is the first time i ever enjoyed it and felt more relaxed than ever! Releasing the tension in my body even got me to tears🙏🏼

I don’t do yin yoga often but Travis class is the only yin yoga class that I can stay still and finish the whole class. the words of wisdom throughout the class is relaxing and awakening, didn’t realize 30 minutes passed so quick. Ended the class feeling refreshing and peaceful. Thank you Travis.
