Quick Fix of a terrible rental unit in San Francisco.

All the problems come from the two bathrooms and the walk in closet. Main bedroom should be at the pointy end of the triangle. Second bedroom should be where the kitchen is. Rip out all that pointless dead storage space and have less stuff. Single bathroom behind the second bedroom. Rest of space dedicated to open living area and kitchen. What is in that huge black rectangle?!

I appreciate all the plumbing is probably far from the external wall and that's why they put the bathrooms where they are.
