If you've followed me a while, you might be expecting my ab workouts to all be on the mat... but it's time to change it up!

I love standing ab workouts because it challenges my abs in new dimensions! Simply by standing up, we're activating the core in a different way than when we're laying on the mat. Plus, the added weights make this workout extra intense, but you can do without, too!

Hi, Cassey.

I started working out to this video some months ago. Along with your 12 minute arm and upper body toning video with weights. Slowly, but surely, I've been getting stronger! I ordered myself a pair of 8 lb dumbbells and added them into some of the exercises. I made sure to go slow with them.

A long time ago, I never would have pictured myself doing strength training in this form. But I'm happy I'm doing it. Your encouragement and enthusiasm have helped me keep up with these.

I really appreciate these standing abs workouts. I have severe endometriosis, and I learned that exercises like crunches and burpees aren't really a good idea for someone with this condition. These standing abs exercises with weights have been a big help! 😊

Because of how bad my endometriosis is, I will be having a total hysterectomy (ovary removal included) in two months. I have been getting my body as ready as possible for it. Strength training will be even more important for me once I recover from my surgery.

I also started working out to your leg workout videos. I'm on the intermediate level right now! They've been great because of how hot it gets during the summer in my state.

I ACTUALLY DID IT!!! I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO KEEP UP FOR You guys, I've been trying for years to keep up that I was almost in tears at the end to see I didn't have to keep pausing the video or slow down my movements just to keep up. Thank you so much for everything you do!

Thank you SO MUCH for doing this!!!! I have chronic pain in my lower half and a terrible core so I really really struggle with the mat core workouts and I pretty much can't do them at all, so this is absolutely PERFECT for me. Thank you! I can't wait to do this.

i love that you told all the moves from the jump instead of me having to sit and watch this to see if i will be able to do these moves in my small space and with my disabilities

I wanted to finally comment on how much I love this ab workout and your workouts in general!! I've been doing your workouts off and on for almost a decade now and I love the ever changing and evolving workouts. It really helps with my attention span for what I want to do for workouts.

What I love the most about this workout is that not only is it an ab workout, but it involves weights AND it really is a full body workout. It kicks my butt without overwhelming my body. I can't wait to see more like it!

I love it. I wanted to do an abs day, but I have neck issues and mat exercises would only hurt me. So changed up with this . It's awesome ! I was comfortable, but I bet the burn will be there in a few hours.
