2024, I lost 3 kgs in 15 days … morning I do exercise before Bath and den in evening 2 hours after my lunch … that’s it !! Have completely stopped the night meal .. just 2 meal in a day !

One at 10 in morning and another one 3 o clock … apart from this just stop having carbonated drinks like Pepsi, coke, sprite etc ! No chocolates rest all same ! Eating rice, potato everything else ! No cut down on my meal portion and nothing else !! It’s working .. feels like magic !! Thank you Roberta !! You’re a star !!

Its been almost a year since I did these (or any other) workout.
Went to weight loss Dr and I gained the 10lbs I had lost. 😤 so, I’m back at this and these workouts are perfect because im sweating bullets without the intensity of bootcamps/CrossFit.

I must say that this channel has such effective exercises, of course it depends on which workout video it is but I’ve done this specific workout from this channel, it gives you a flat stomach and also a slim waist. I’ve tried a few different workouts and the workouts are actually not that hard and they are energetic. I always end up sweating but that means I’ve burned calories. It just feels so good to do them, I’m always so excited to do these workouts from this channel! Thanks a lot Roberta! :D

I'm a thin person but I love doing this workout. It's low impact enough to not make me sweat (I don't have time to wash my hair daily) yet moves my entire body, helps me unwind after my 10-hour office job. I've been doing this for a month and it really helps my energy levels.
