To make it a bit harder, replace the rest periods with jumping jacks and do 5 push ups with each burpee or 5 with the first burpee and continue to add 5 more with each additional burpee. End the work out with a 1 minute plank and a 1 minute side plank on both sides. Repeat this circuit for 3-5 sets after it gets easy.

Well i did this today for the first time in the midst of a 22 hour fast. I’m so out of shape but i got through it. Couldn’t do every exercise the whole time. The scissor lifts kicked my butt! It will now be my goal to get through this smoothly

Holy smokes, I tried this and it is really quite challenging. I'm currently at my second month of exercising and I find this more interactive and more mobile. It made me sweat a lot and that's a good thing. My previous routine was a bit boring and elongated.

Good warm up (ok maybe a little too long) but If you want to live as healthy and as long as possible, grow some balls (that means you too ladies) and learn how and start working your way up to heavy weights. Squats, deadlifts, chin-ups, overhead press, bench press or dips, bent over rows, and something for abs and calves. Sure, add some cardio on off days but you get pretty good cardio from weights if you push to almost failure like you’re supposed to. Muscle mass into your later years is the key.

Nothing replaces running. Otherwise no one will do it. These exercises are for endurance but running is for cardio training.

Awesome video champ! But to be honest, you can't compare 5 minutes of weight-free exercise to 45 minutes of jogging. It is impossible to burn more calories in just 5 minutes.

Bruh I'm looking through these comments and people are saying the burpees are hard, the most difficult one for me are the flutter kicks and they're easy for me

I do a class that has stuff like this, plus incorporated weighted bag movements. Essentially, this 5 mins X 4; 20 mins class. Moves change every session. HIIT training ftw.
