If you're looking for easy standing exercises you can do at home to lose weight then this workout is for you. We've selected the most effective body-weight exercises and created the workout so that each exercise lasts for about 1 minute.

I had lost 3kg in a month just doing this exercise only once in a day without any diet. We know that teenage is ones growing time, following any diet will seriously cause health problems to teenagers.
So i just hanged up with this exercise!🎈

Roberta thank you so 83.6kg in January 2020 after doing your workouts I reduced to 74kg now ( 17 aug didn't follow any I didn't do exercise in (april, may and June)
My goal -65(hope I will achieve for sure)

Hiii it's my day 3 in doing this exercise, I'm doing this alongside their "11 best standing exercises", so I'm working out for an hour everyday. I'll comeback in a month for an update!!! Good luck to all of us 💞

Hi Roberta, I have been exercising with you for a couple of weeks now, and I have statrted feeling the changes in my body :)
All thanks to you.
Just a small request - Could you please make a few more videos which are high intensity and focuses more on areas of the body which are most affected by lifestyle diseases like pcod. I know that you had posted a video for exercises for pcod, but it would be great if you could come up with an updated version and a high intensity challenge for the same :)
