My balance has never been the same since my spine surgery after my accident a few years back, starting to exercise consistently again and thought about balance training - this was awesome!!

The problem I have with a lot of these senior-targeted videos is that the instructor is chirpy-syrupy-sweet and thinks cheering us on like we're dim four year olds is going to inspire us. Nothing could be further from the truth! Jessica treats us like ADULTS, doesn't waste time with chirpy platitudes, and respects the fact that we are going to be at different levels of ability. This is the first video I have WANTED to use and have used repeatedly. Kudos to Jessica!

I've watched a million balance exercises, and yours is the only one I do. You don't waste time yapping about your credentials and explaining your program. We start moving and you explain as we go. A great time saver for me and very beneficial!

I really glad I found this. I am 90 years old and these exercises help me. I can stand 4 seconds on one leg but still wobbly so I have a long way to go. I am, trying hard to do this every day and I hope in a few months I can report some progress. Thank you.

Brilliant. My wife and I are in our late 70s and our experiences over the past few years has deprived us of a level of fitness. My wife has been doing this for a couple of months and her balance has improved immensely. I have now started and I feel confident it will help.

Good balance is key to remaining fit.

Excellent presentation. I'm 73 and I just had partial knee replacement and discovered I now have balance issues. I love the calmness and quiet encouragement, and I'm now doing this every day. This is the first video I've "Liked" and well deserved.

I am almost 89 years old and I must tell you, I love this exercise.I do not have any problem to keep up with you.During the Covid I stop going to my regular exercises and I got kind of “rusty!” but I didn’t give up my every day 40 or more minutes walking. Thank you so much for this video. I’m newly diagnosed with osteoporosis at 54. I didn’t realize how important balance is and also didn’t realize how much I needed to work on mine. I’ve added this to my daily routine, and I’m already seeing an improvement. I’ve since found other helpful videos in your channel and have subscribed. You’re easy to listen to and follow. As a busy person, I also appreciate how well you use the time in your video and get right to the purpose.

I’m 35, and had always been active throughout my life; a swimmer in high school. And I am unable to do the calf crunches in the beginning of the video with my eyes closed unfortunately. “A body in motion stays in motion.” Thank you for sharing this video, excellent presentation.

I'm over 70 yrs old. Due to covid's SIP in CA, I've become a couch potato living with my son. Aged fast, no gardening and losing my balance. THANK YOU! It is what I need. God bless you!

Oh this was exactly what I needed. Had surgery and on crutches for 6 weeks. Limited mobility for a year. This massaged my joints.
