I wish this particular instructor had a longer yoga video... she doesn’t waste time she has a very calming and precise voice and I watch this one every day does she have a longer video?

We have been doing Terecita "Ti" Blair's 7-minute yoga for seniors nearly every day since March 2020 and feel it has been really beneficial for us, especially the emphasis on using the breath. Thank you Terecita.

You made yoga so easy. I never like yoga as it forces me to do floor exercises but these are all standing exercises which I like. I have just done this yoga exercise. Thank you.

I love the cueing on this, and the fact that it doesn't have super-annoying music! Thanks for doing a slow flow!! I get so tired of people teaching 'yoga', but trying to make it an aerobic workout.

My wife and I have been doing this workout routine for over a year now; Ti Blair and SilverSneakers really aced it, it's one of the very best yoga programs we know. But here's a recommendation: try playing it at 75% speed. What is wonderful at the speed at which it was shot becomes close to perfect when it's a little slowed down; not only is the pace more relaxed, but there's more time to really do each position thoroughly and to breathe. Give it a try! :-)

I can't wait to do this workout.  I've been looking for a workout with a teacher who just talks about what to do - no BS in the middle.  Just guides us get it done.  I'm a hyper 66 year young woman.   Want to do yoga for stretching and relaxing.  Thanks so much.

This is short, easy, effective, non intimidating. Most older adults avoid yoga, because they fear going down on the floor. It targets our whole body, especially core and balance where seniors are the weakest. Thank you. Very helpful.

This is the best active adult yoga video on YouTube. I’ve looked and looked some more. I love that it it’s all standing, clear video, audio and instruction. Please, please do more of various durations. This one is just the right length I can do it everyday and somedays a 15 or 20 or 30 minute one would be great to have as an option. I also appreciate that it does not have any spiritual components to it, it’s just mindful exercise of the body. More please 🙏
