Super inappropriate to have someone who is clearly not old enough for menopause to do this. I want to see someone who's body is actually in menopause.

Hi Lucy! I just found you and started doing your 7 minute belly fat last Thursday and I have already lost 1” from my waist and 1” from my hips!! I am beyond thrilled!!! Hi lucy, i'm 43 and had not received my period for 8 months. I was not pregnant and the doctors just brushed me off and said i was perimeopausal. Good morning I could not believe when I heard you said you were 50 years old. Lucy, you are a treasure! I am grieving the loss of my sister, in menopause and have no energy and haven't worked out or walked or done anything due to fatigue in over a year.
