The great thing about this site is that it offers realistic targets that old fogeys like me can workout too. I've replaced my man boobs with muscle and am now tackling my belly fat, plus I've lost 10lbs in the 6 weeks that I've followed the 2 very achievable chest exercise programmes. It's hard to tell with the animation; with every movement where the legs/feet are moving, do the feet touch the ground at the reach out point or do they stay just above the floor?
