I am 74

Last week I bent down to get something from the floor and couldn’t get up again. I am serious now about getting a bit fitter. Lucy I am on day 4 and love your workout for seniors.
You are not patronising and I enjoy the 7 minutes to myself….

Thank you Lucy - I love the seated and workouts for the elderly as I am caring for my Mum. I lost my Dad earlier this year he was 88 and I learnt how important it is to keep them moving. These exercises are great!! Possibly a little quick for some less active older folk but as you say they can go at their own pace.

Thankyou Lucy. I had right knee surgery 8/20... So am 6 WK post op. I need to do exercises to get stronger. (Was disabled 7 weeks before surgery which caused overwork on left leg, and continuing acute episodes of acute pain for the 7 weeks. So it has complicated my recovery.)

Thank you so much for this. I've just recently come out of surgery after a bad leg break. I have very limited mobility at the moment below the waist (only one leg), so I would love more of the seated exercises for the upper body. I would not like to think I am completely fading away while I'm recovering. Thank you xx

Thanks Lucy I've modified it to suit myself I can't do toe raises as it pains me with MS so I do the tap does on this 60seconds
