I have been doing seated punches and twists for over ten years..I'll be 60 next month but I chose to do seated twist for at least 35 minutes because I noticed standing twist(with the long barbell or not) was putting pressure on my Knees and hip flexors so I realized seated twist was great for working your sides and obliques because its all waist and some lower stomach and doing 35-45 minutes raises my heart rate and is good for weight loss…btw this is a good vid… .💯💯
