I was diagnosed in September with MS. I changed my diet drastically and have made it a point to be more active -as much as possible with a limited ability. My wife suggested looking for chair yoga videos. I’ve enjoyed yoga for years and it never occurred to me that this could be done from a chair.
Every morning since my diagnosis I’ve taken to beginning my day with one of your videos.

Gonna keep up with this and somehow -still don’t fully know how, I’m going to get this into remission permanently.

I have done your workout twice, I love it. My lower spine is degenerating and when I do these in the morning I’m pain free and and can go about my day. I just turned 80, so much appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Kirstie. I am 73 and with severe back injuries after accidents. I have tried different exercise programmes but they have caused more pain.
Now i have tried your 2 chair yoga for seniors every day for a month. And it has done so much good. I am very thankful that I found you on YouTube. 👍😊

I agree that I would love more chair yoga exercises for Seniors!! I am 75 and I so enjoy your videos. I did regular yoga for many years, but due to a bone on bone issue with my right shoulder, it has become more difficult for me and I miss it. Your chair yoga is easy to follow and your speaking voice is so soothing. Thank you!!

This is the best video yet. I have arthritis and spinal and cervical fusions so I can't bend much. I can only walk a couple of blocks. I just started this, but I don't feel out of breath or sore. I love this. Keep 'em coming.
