I am 62 years old and was very athletic, but cancer hit me 4 years ago and since then everything has changed. Because of medications I am taking, it's hard to run or kickboxing which I used to do. But today I was able to do the whole wonderful workout with you. Thank you for giving me courage.

I absolutely loved this workout! I'm 65 years old and am having poor circulation. I want to exercise everyday. Your YouTube channel is a blessing from the Good Lord. I started with the Beginner 7-minute exercise 4 years ago, and also did the 4-minute routines while on my 10 minute break at work. I'm retired now, and am enjoying your workouts as an alternative to gym classes and outdoor walks. Thank you!😀

Love all your workouts. I will be doing this one today! I tried some of your breakfast recipes and they are delicious! I hope it's okay to share one of my own. Banana-Oatmeal cookies which can be eaten at any time of the day:  
I roughly mash two bananas in a bowl; I add a dash of almond extract, a heaping tablespoon of organic almond butter; cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to taste and about a cup of crushed mixed nuts. I mix all this to incorporate all ingredients then I add about a cup and a half of dry rolled oats. I mix this until all the oats are completely covered. Then with a small ice-cream scoop I portion out the cookies onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet and press them into a roundish shape (it gets a little messy and sticky). This recipe yields about 10 - 12 cookies. I bake them for 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes I put it on broil to crisp up the top a little bit. So delicious!

I challenged myself to this 30min. workout. I am so glad I did because I did it! I started out with 10min, then 20min. The way you inspire and guide made it doable for me on today's 30min.
