Stay at home mum here. Toddler in bed, toys put away, washing up done and just finished two of your workouts (4k steps) at 9pm. Feel great! Getting it done! ❤

Thank you, Rick, for getting older women!!!❤ Every time I feel strong enough to get into strength training & burpees, I injure my shoulder or knee. This body says NO, But the perimenopause/menopause weight gain sneaks up on you even with a clean diet! Thanks for embracing women!

Wow! So glad I discovered you Rick! You are correct that the older we get the more motivation we need to keep fit. At 70, I used the 2000 step 80s to warm up, the Speed Walk and ended with Walk and Tone. I look forward to your other workouts. The cool down option at the end is great, as well as the SPRINTS. You are a super coach. Thank you!
