Welcome to this 10 minute speed Walking Workout.
We're smashing 1600 steps in 10 minutes with this fast walk at home.

Don't be intimidated by the pace, after a few mins you'll get right into it.

This speed walking workout is fast walk but it's about having fun, getting sweat on from the comfort of your own home.
We keep it low impact, safe on your joints and super fun.
Don't worry about getting any of the steps correct, it's not about that, it's about getting moving, enjoying the music and loving the process.
