Omg. Thanks so much. I've had sciatica flare ups for over 30 years. Many exercises and stretches tried with varying degrees of success . This one move has reduced my pain from a 7 to a 2 in seconds . Why is it so effective .?

Its 2:43 am and couldn't sleep with sciatica pain but this gave me relief. This exercise has given me the most relief till now.

Thank you very much, sir. I’ve been dealing with severe sciatica issues on my right side for years now. Sometimes it’s so bad I can’t stand up straight, and can barely walk. Recently, something I did caused it in the left side also. I’ve been very discouraged.
All I’ve ever been advised to do was exercises that strengthen the core muscles of the abdomen. This video gives me some new hope of reducing the problem. 🙏🏻 (Hopefully it helps my sister too!)

I never get relief from excercises and ive done physical therapy twice! These actually relieve me and im shocked, i normally dont trust chiropractors either but i actually used alot of these and im shocked, i have ehler danlos syndrome and use mobility aids, so my mobility and strength are pretty bad in most areas of my body, but these are such accessible excercises, the only ones i couldnt do were ones where you have to repeatedly support your body weight since my wrists have very poor mobility and strength, i appreciate what youre doing here

Getting physio for lower back and possible sciatica...this was one of the exercises.
I quipped 'oh so you follow Dr Rowe too eh' to my physio:)

IMO this might be a good option to put in the tool box. However for cases who are 20 - 30 years in with the issue of sciatica nerve, DDD and etc., I'm thinking may not work as well for those cases. Maybe try some stretching in a really warm therapy pool. And thank you to this Dr for showing people this. After I first hurt my back In 2001, I used to lie down on the living room rug ad throw my legs up on the chair seat . This was after I put babies down for naps.
