I have been struggling for 2 years with pain. Nothing I have done or been recommended has helped. I've just done this stretch and burst into tears with relief. You are so wonderful. God Bless you.

I am from india and even mri and doctors were unable to diagnose disease, I lost hope from the life, Last two years i am taking painkillers every 10-15 days, then myself diagnosed disease from symptoms on utube i have performed all exercises on youtube but nothing helped me but with this exercise changed my life, I feel much better with improvement in tigling pain and from last 6 months i haven't taken any painkiller

Wow this stretch is one of the best I have found! Instantly had an effect and freed up the whole hip joint. Thank you for such a simple but effective exercise. Handy that it's one you can do at any time too.

Oh, wow. I had just started having right-side piriformis issues a couple days ago, and the discomfort was intense. This stretch caused the problems to cease within three repetitions.

The pain is in my R hip, but because of my R knee issues, I have a very hard time turning my right foot inward. HOWEVER, I did the best I could with it and did 5 reps, and HA! the pain IS GONE! Amazing! That is so easy and quick! Thank you!

Nice stretch, ty! Crazy enough when my issues are bad wearing 2 pound ankle weights help me. Instant help with radiating pain. Also walking slowly backwards on my heels of my feet. LoL
