I know you posted this exercise 6 years ago and probably won't see this post, but by the end of my day the pain would require me to lay down and rest my back, hip and leg. The first time I tried this exercise it relieved half my pain immediately and by the second second time all my pain was gone. Thank you, from a soon to be 80 year old active senior,

I am in excruciating pain all day. I certainly can't afford doctor visits or chiropractors. I tried your exercise and it helped relieve some pain. It wasn't si painful gettibg off the floor. I watched this video with high skepticism. I thought there was no way I would be able to lay on my painful side to do this, and didn't think that simple move could possibly help me. I have tried all other stretches for sciatica that promised "immediate relief" and NONE of them helped. I was waking up every hour at night with pain bad enough to make me scream! With nothing to lose, I tried this movement. I did it multiple times yesterday and the first sleep last night there was no difference. But I did the movement again and went back to sleep. I woke up without the sciatica spasms I was getting every hour. I actually slept on the sore side, and got off the bed this morning with 85% less pain! I am so thankful to have found this!!! I encourage anyone who watches this to try it themselves. Amazing such a simple movement works so well to relieve the pain! This past week was the second time in the last few years that I was blessed to have the benefit of your recommended movement for relieving sciatic pain. OMG. This actually works. I did it a few times and immediately felt relief. I was very skeptical. I am glad to say just this simple stretch works. I was able to get out of bed and not feel excruciating pain. I will continue to do this throughout the day.

I’ve been having severe pain for almost a week now. The worst my pain has ever been. My lack of health insurance makes it extremely stressful which is adding to my pain.
