This exercise can be done throughout the day, and may give relief within seconds.

This guy is so relaxed you can feel that in his voice, probably because of a lot of stretching, and taking them to the next level.

This hits the spot better then any other stretch imo. If I relax my lower back muscles too much while doing this, it actually stiffens up and I need to walk around to loosen it up, so go gentle and easy.

Not only have you helped me with various aches and pains, you’re helping my friends as well! For instance, my friend just mentioned her sciatica is giving her pain. I sent her 3 of your videos that cover relief for that! She’s going to subscribe now! You’re helping people all across the states for sure!!

I used to go to the playground at the end of my street and lay upsidedown on the slide. I think your idea is better. 😄

If your wrists can't do that, you can do the same stretch by putting your weight on the forearms, forearms down on the table and grabbing the other side, leaning forward, letting legs hang or raising them to increase

Hey! I've been doing this one for a long time but I wasn't sure if it was actually a good thing to do. Sometimes I get lightheaded from the relief.

It's great for my sciatica. But how can I protect my neck? I have more serious damage in my neck, so doing this type of exercise causes me to lose feeling in my hands. Thank you for the great info!

This is essentially what I've done for years when my back is hurting from standing and I still have more dishes to wash. I use the corner of my counter. Never though just to touch the toes down when I'm feeling weak or twist a bit, so I'll try those out for sure! Glad to know there is a reason it helps since inverting seemed to make things worse.
