There is just a general problem with Windows 10 audio. They need to fix it. If I switch from Windows 8 to 10 and audio is low with every level turned up and updated driver, the problem is with Windows, plain and simple. Audio sucks, calculator sucks, no borders suck. It just keeps getting worse and worse every time they update it.

I've had Windows 10 for a day and you're flying through stuff so fast it's impossible to see what you are doing. Just a tip, people looking for advice are probably not familiar with Windows 10.

yeah NO it wasnt teams or my volume. the volume went low the second i upgraded to windows 11 thats what the problem is. went back to windows 10 oh my the volume is back. installed 11 again volume low just like before. the problem needs to be fixed not masked. i think ill just wait for windows 12.

I've never used Teams and have the most updated drivers. Nothing works.

Never heard of "Teams" and it's not even installed. Volume is still crazy low after unplugging headset. What now?

i need to fix quiet scenes in movies with loud fx seem to have hit a dead end, seems like i have to get a newer soundbar, very dissapointing loudness equalization doesnt make it that much better, in potplayer i had to change output to mono but even then some scenes are pretty quiet

I ran the sound test on the control panel sounds for my silent device and as soon as I hit ok this video went up 50% in volume I jumped out of my seat.
