Mother of God. This was a hard leg day. Just wanted to say thank you for actually giving instructions on the exercises, form and correct positioning. There are lots of videos on YouTube that have great workouts, but they just play terrible music and go through their routine. They don’t give instructions on correct form. This sets you guys apart. Thank you!!!

I did not want to workout today but I finally pushed myself to do it at 10 PM and I'm glad I did. Remember friends, part of being kind to yourself is treating your body well and part of treating your body well is to exercise. Thank you, Coach and Claudia for your motivation!

I have done this workout several times and every time I am SOOO sore after I can barely walk down the stairs! Such a good workout! I’m so glad I found Hasfit! Thanks for everything Coach Kozak and Claudia!

This workout. O. M. G. I actually had to stop in the middle of it and lay flat on the floor! Kicked my butt so good (literally). Workouts that hurt like hell are always the best!! THANK YOU! 💪🏼👏🏼
