Of all the lower body workouts you've ever posted, this one is by far my favorite one! I love how the warmup exercises were dynamic stretches and mobility exercises. I also loved the mix of heavy weights and bands, and the superset style where there were two back-to-back exercises followed by a short rest. And putting those burnout exercises at the end of the workout was great because I normally don't find those moves challenging but I could feel the burn doing them after all the weighted exercises. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this channel!

So here is how I felt through this:
- first set: I was done
- second set: legs shaking and heavy breathing
- third set: painful and the worst one out of those 3 sets
- the last 2 exercises: I was surprised that there was still 2 sets of 2 exercises and those were more ok than the last 2 sets
Thank you, I literally never had this much sweat after a workout in a really long time and I'm so happy I clicked on this video.
For a week I felt weak mentally which affected my workout routine too, but with this account I really get myself doing more movement I'm am relieved and so thankful for that.

I love this workout format! 30 minutes dumbbell with either upper or lower body focused workouts hits that sweet spot. My legs are trembling, no joke. 😂 It feels great! Please do more of these!

ive been doing your workouts on and off for years - i moved to a few diff pilates apps and loved them but after not being consistent for the last 8+ months, ive been uninspired and bored with pilates and looking for some gains again, so stoked to be coming back to this channel! two workouts down, a million more to go! cheers maddie, i love your workouts!!

You got me into working out back in 2018/2019 - I was doing one of your videos nearly every day for a year, and I got into the BEST shape of my life! I unfortunately took like a year off from workouts and am back out of shape but decided to hop back into your videos! This was day 3 in a row and I'm hooked again! Man, I consider myself fit but this workout plus your 30min upper body one in a row, and I’m on the floor drowning in my own sweat. Amazing workouts!! ❤️

0:40: Hip warm up (1 min)
1:50: Full squat twist (1 min)
2:55: Kneel press stretch (30 secs each leg)
3:58: Toe touches (1 min)
5:25: Squats (45 sec)
6:28: Slow banded squats (45 sec)
7:25: Side back steps (45 secs)
8:45: Reverse lunge (30 secs each leg)
9:50: Deadlifts (45 secs)
13:58: Courtesy lunges (30 secs each leg)
15:00: Narrow squats (45 secs)
19:10: Sumo squats (45 secs)
20:00: Glute bridges (45 secs)
23:48: Lying abductions (45 secs)
24:50: Donkey pulses (30 secs each leg)
28:30: Squat jumps (30 secs)
29:10: Quad stretch (30 secs each side)
30:10: Seated twist (30 secs each leg)

LOVING the longer form workouts you've been releasing! Please please keep 'em coming. They are my favorite on days where I don't really want to think too much about what I'm going to do. It's just a warm up + this video + cooldown. :) THANK YOU FOR THESE! I haven't gone to a gym since they closed for COVID, and with your videos I might never go back.

I've been doing this workout every week for the last 3 weeks and although I have not seen visibles changes yet, I noticed It's getting easier every time 😍

Holiday season/December can be hard, especially right now with the pandemic, but with this workout calendar I can at least start my days off right.
