This is one of my favourite workouts! I love the pacing, clear instructions and demonstrations, and focus on breathing. I always feel especially great after this one even as somewhat of a beginner!

I think this might be my new favourite full body workout. Was doing popsugar X ToneItUp 25min workout. But this was great glad tryed new routine. Love that it repeat 3 times one set. Worked on balance you could set your own speed and option to add weights later.

Love love love Allie. Workouts are varied and fun so they always go by so fast. And I always sweat and feel challenged. Very positive and focuses on health and strength. My only little critique is that sometimes she starts and ends an exercise on the same leg, in this and in other videos. Just something to watch out for. :)
