I did it . I feel proud of myself. Stop to do your lower bodywork a while. How many days of upper/lower body workout a week in order to see the result ? Once a week for upper n lower body in different day, will it be enough?

Good afternoon Hassett I was wondering on the way that you used. I went a little bit heavier but I noticed that you’re usually like a 12 pound I would just like the understanding of it all I was just curious, wondering that even the guy used a 12 pound I went with heavieron the squats I use a 30 pound and the other ones I use 15 and 20
