30 Minute Legs Workout

Today I am 37 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today's workout is a legs workout where we will work through 12 exercises to target our lower body strength. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one with me! For the most part, our work periods will be 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest so be ready to push hard in those shorter work periods!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I used my bench for split squats and step ups and I also my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you have them!

Exercises:
1. Goblet squat
2. Walking lunges
3. Squat jumps or band squat pulses
4. Split squats
5. Lateral squat walks
6. Reverse lunge and knee drive
7. Lateral lunge glider
8. Heels up sumo squat
9. Heel up left
10. Heel up right
11. Step ups left
12. Step ups right

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I always say "never underestimate a 30-minute Sydney workout." I now need to edit that to say: "never underestimate a 30-minute pregnant Sydney workout" - wow that was an INTENSE 30 min leg strength challenge. I LOVED it and pushed myself hard, thanks to Sydney's constant encouragement. Get after it today friends, go hard!

First I need to say, I am sticking with Sydney’s new live daily workouts this month until she can’t do them anymore because she shows up every day for us and I plan to show up everyday for her! Now let’s talk about the workout…do not underestimate the power of 30minutes when you are all out from the first minute. I am out of breath, every crevice of my body has sweat and my legs are shaky. That was quite the leg workout!

as a SAHM who used to go to the gym every single day, these workouts have honestly helped me so much.
I love being a mama, but it's definitely not easy to keep yourself as a priority. Having these quick workouts to do at home, I now have no more excuses or pity parties for myself hahah! thank you, Sydney <333

Today I learned that split squats at 37 weeks pregnant is no joke. I can't believe I just did that. Thank you. Now me and baby friend can do anything today.

Hearing you say strength is funny because you get stronger in the times when you feel weakest, was so helpful for me today for so many reasons and exactly what i needed to hear.
Great leg day! That squat circuit was intense! I used my heavy band and 25# dumbbell on my shoulders! Thank you for always being there for me and pushing me to be better than last time!

I want to achieve better eating habits that will hopefully reflect better looking abs. I first need to establish what that diet shoukd is look like, but also needs to be realistic. Off to do some research! Thanks Sydney. Baby will be here soon!!!

I am a very teeny tiny 64 year old lady.
My goal is thickness through weightlifting and quality diet. I’ve been on this channel for years and my body has definitely changed!
My skinny jeans don’t look “skinny “ anymore. They finally look shapely and defined.
And…my upper body gets shocked looks. 💪🏻🤩

I did this on my TV this morning and my husband was blown away by the fact Sydney is 37 weeks pregnant and still rocking it out with us and kicking my butt😂😂 Such a good leg day! Leg day is not my favorite hut I know how important it is! Thank you Sydney and Dustin!🤍
