Since quarantine began - I've done over 56 workouts with you both! my legs are looking incredible! I came to say that I have issues with my knees, and I can't thank you enough for being so conscious of FORM. Most trainers I've worked with in the past are not. MUCHAS GRACIAS!

I can not thank you enough for making all these workouts available for us . I started to follow you guys very recently, have done a few of your workouts and I’m already in love! Sometimes I find myself watching the videos without even working out because is midnight and I am in bed 😂. I was looking for a leg workout and found this one which looks great! This will be my Monday workout. Thanks again very much ! You too are truly a blessing to many of us !

Wow, I was looking forward to doing lower body exercises that were different to just squats and lunges, but I think these are even harder! Thanks for another great workout.

I did compare your workout to other coaches. You always remind what’s the proper form, when to inhale, exhale . I am really appreciate what you do in order we get the proper form n breathing. Good habit last a lifetime n benefit ourselves. I will stick to your workout . 🙏🙏

What a great glute workout!!! I'm a group fitness instructor but I love doing your workouts at home. Squats & lunges won't do it all. Gotta isolate the booty!! Loved the yoga stretches & especially the fire graphics at the end🔥🔥🔥. I will definitely share❤. We appreciate your workouts😍
