30 Minute No Repeats Legs Workout

Today I am 37 weeks pregnant and I'm so thankful to be able to rock this workout with you!

Today's workout is a legs workout where we will work through 25 exercises to target our lower body strength. This workout was so much fun and I can't wait to see you pushing yourself through this one with me! Our work periods will be 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest so be ready to push hard in those no repeat work periods!
I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 30 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I used my bench for split squats and step ups and I also my glute resistance bands so grab yours if you have them!

4. Forward Lunge Right
5. Low Hold Sumo Squat
6. Alternating Lunges Forward
7. Step Back Squat Pulse
8. Reverse Lunge Left
9. Reverse Lunge Right
10. Lateral Squat Walk
11. Step to front of mat and back in squat
12. Lateral Lunge Left
13. Lateral Lunge Right
14. Alternating Step back Squats
15. Eccentric Squat Jumps
16. Step Ups Left
17. Step Ups Right
18. Split Squats Left
19. Split Squats Right
20. Deadlift to Front Squat
21. Squats with left heel Lifted
22. Squats with right heel lifted
23. Squats with Both Heels Lifted

I had both of my babies at 38+3, which means I am in total “is he here yet?!” mode already! Cannot believe how easily Sydney continues to kick my butt. You’re amazing!

Long post alert:

I lost 26 pounds in 4 months with Sydney’s workouts and have been able to maintain it. Even though I have another 15 pounds to go, I am in the best health of my life. It is a matter of great pride for me. Also my achievement is very apparent to the people around me.
But today I got body shamed by a senior colleague. I didn’t respond but it did make me feel humiliated. I was so perturbed I didn’t even want to do my workouts. But after a while of self pity I decided to do this workout, just to feel the strength that I have built up in myself. (I also wanted to smash his head with my 10 kg dumbbell but I will have to settle without it).
Anyway I knew working out will make me feel better and it does. Thank you Sydney and this community 💕

You weren’t kidding on your story.. all of the sweat!!! I have always struggled with nutrition. I made a goal of getting active again, and making it a habit first. Going on three weeks of working out with you, and I feel great! So now, my focus is definitely nutrition. Thanks for being such a light in this world!

When I first started your workouts I could barely finish or even walk comfortably for several days afterward. Now I CAN do your workouts without feeling completely drained and with little muscle soreness. I absolutely love that you make me feel empowered and am always excited to complete another workout with you. Thank you!!!

Be headstrong in the pursuit of excellence! Great words of wisdom by Sydney today!! I'm choosing to focus on my hydration. I've fallen off a little bit with the busyness of end of the school year and last minute prep for vacation next week. I am setting my mind up today to only drink water and my fresh made green juice until I leave on Tuesday. My body needs it. Way to work this week squad! This is absolutely one of my favorite work outs ever!!! Working on hydration! And I challenged myself to use my 30lb dumbbell the whole time! Guess what? I did it!!

I just wish someone like you was around when I was younger. Starting at an early age (i'd say 5th grade) and onwards I was always told to eat less. Being told this from mentors, my parents, it made me feel ashamed every time I ate, and I would eventually start binging when others weren't around. If someone just told me, just eat more of these fruits or vegetables...what I difference that would make....and finally is making in my mid-twenties. It's been so helpful for a fitness trainer to remind me the full circle that is health, and that restriction is not the answer. <3
