Try to click on another video by another coach. When I saw the coach doing the workout with the knee over the toe. I immediately stop it, n choose Hasfit lower body workout again. Safety n not getting hurt our body is the first priority. I appreciate the Hasfit coaches do care to show us a proper n effective way in workout . 👍👍🙏🙏

love LOVE Hasfit. It has been a godsend during the pandemic. I am 48 and a COPD patient, non smoker. I have been doing so well with these workouts, even better than at the gym! My breathing is better, and I feel more young and energized than I have felt for a very long time. Thank you guys for the great workouts and I hope they will always be available!

LEGS BURNIN. Good burn, I didn't think I was going to make it thru this leg workout. I wanted to quit half way thru but I pushed thru it. Glad I did. Thank you Coach Kozak and Claudia for that much needed motivation. Will be back tomorrow for some more.😃💕🍒🍓🍒🍓💕

I've been struggling to find a leg workout video that works for me and this one hit the nail on the head. Simple but tough exercises, fast paced, minimal equipment. I'm definitely sore the next day. Thanks!

did the 17 minute upper body weight lifting today and did 30 minutes of rowing machine this morning. I'm feeling great. Love your program. It does kick butt.
