this was probably one of the most killer leg workouts I’ve done! I wasn’t particularly motivated to work out this morning but I forced myself to do this and I was dripping with sweat and my legs were vibrating halfway through the workout!! It took some serious mental strength to get through the rest. will definitely be doing your workouts more

I really like that there's an intro in the beginning previewing what to expect! It helped me prepare before-hand instead of scrambling to grab a step and weighted plates last second. Also, that last home stretch of tabata burn out was killer! Thanks again guys!

Why would anyone dislike a follow along workout video that is of good quality?

I'm currently doing the 30 day muscle building program and on week 1 day 2 I barely made it 2/3 of the way through this video before I had to quit. Now I'm on week 3 day 2 and was able to make it through this entire workout and, while my legs are extremely shaky, I can still walk! Thank you so much for your incredible workouts and programs!

Edit: I should also say that I was able to increase the weights significantly this time from the first time I tried this video.

This was INTENSE. As someone is who trying to maintain strength and muscle tone, I appreciate the pace and clear overview of exercises. Your tempo is one that I can follow as a more mature woman. I’m no athlete, but I can retain strength working out with you two. I never feel defeated because Coach gives great encouragement!!!

Hasfit is the best so far! I was a very physically nonflexible individual and had a hard time with some of the workout videos but hasfit has very beginner-friendly videos to build up to the high-intensity workouts. Now I am able to do what I could not do before. Thank you Coach Cozak and Claudia!!!!

I've been doing the videos for about a month and a half. Started after I had my baby 4 months so and didn't drop the baby weight like I wanted. I've had people tell me about the muscle gain and weight loss already. Glad I found hasfit! Thanks soooo much

Your videos have changed my life. From being a Diabetic with sugar levels over 325 to testing new levels of 125 to 130. Weight down from 205 pounds to 177.5. Eating the right food along with the workout is the Key. I also want to let the beginners know that our body is not those two day or same day delivery like AMAZON PRIME. It will not show up in two days. MOTIVATE YOURSELF and get all the help from both Coach and Claudia who are doing a service to Humanity. Kudos to both of you guys. Can't thank enough. I started slow, committed and promised to myself that I will get 1% better every day.

I found this video and so glad I did. I never thought I can work on my legs at home, boy was I mistaken. This is the next day after my workout and I am so sore, I mean I have pain in places where I have never felt pain before. My inner thighs are on fire. I love your videos and will keep on using them. I loved it. I´m 56 and super fit because I´ve always worked out since I was 15 but your set was really challenging with my 5 Kilo-weights. A big hug from Germany.
