Been doing this 3 to 4 times a week over the past 5 months and my quads and hamstrings are starting look in shape, a brilliant but difficult workout never gets any easier every time I do it

I had mild lower back and nerve pain due to weak core and glutes. Wanted to build strength hoping to eliminate that pain. I’ve been doing this workout 2 or 3 times a week for 3 weeks and I while I fail in the workout the only pain I feel anymore is due to muscle soreness. Great workout! Thx!

Injured rib surfing...thank you for a kick ass leg session...I had to continue squats during the final upper body portion...but hey I GOT THROUGH!

Maaaan, I had to take breaks at some of the leg exercises with 15 seconds to go, and he was STILL doing them! I will get there. Great workout for legs!!!
