I've started with 5 lb weights and I love this. Hopefully, I can get back up to my 10 lbs. But this is so quick and easy that I have no problem doing this 2-3 times a week. Thanks for this.

The only thing I think you guys should add is saying out loud when switching to a different motion. Because alot of people dont look at the video while working out in order to do it correctly and I personally didnt know when you guys switched. but the workout is great overall .

I love this. I am restricted to walking and exercises without low impact. This is great for me as I cannot get on the floor. Thank you TIU girls.

I really like that it showed all 3 rounds. Most of your videos don't and I feel like it's more motivating when it shows it because then it's like oh I have to do it all because the video isn't over whereas if you don't show it I might only do it twice
