ARM WORKOUT FOR WOMEN | Lean Slim Toned Arms In 14 Days | Lose Arm Fat, Beginner Friendly, No Equip.

How to get rid of arm fat? This is a quick, no equipment arm workout that you can do to slim down your arms! It’s a standing workout so you don’t even need any space or a yoga mat and it’s super silent! I selected some of my favorite arm exercises that I do frequently for toned, slim arms.
The focus is on building long arm muscles instead of short muscles where arms look bulky. Muscle growth is important so you burn more calories in your arms while at rest. What many don’t know: if you have muscles in your arms and less fat, your arms will look slimmer and more toned because fat is taking up more volume than muscles! In the next 7,5 minutes you will work on your biceps, triceps, shoulders and back without making any of those areas look bulky! PLEASE try doing this workout for the next 14 days so see BIG results! Yes, doing it once is better than never but consistency is key to see long lasting results!
Every exercise is 45 seconds long. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR ARMS UP! Try not to drop them! If you don’t feel well, of course you can pause the video and continue when you are ready. But maybe you can make it without breaks?! Push yourself but without risking your health! Listen to your body and do what feels right!
