I asked you guys what workouts you wanna do at home and a lot of you asked for weights. And because not everyone has dumbbells, I decided to get creative.

Why not wine bottles (or water bottles or soup cans etc)?! I tested this on TikTok and you guys LOVED it, so here it is: my first full length wine bottle arm workout!

Your biceps, triceps & shoulders are gonna be SHAKING once you're done with this! You've got 10 moves, one minute on, 10 seconds off (don't worry, there's a timer).

1. Bicep Curls
2. Tricep Pulse
3. Prayer Pulse
4. Shoulder Press
5. Double Tray Opens
6. Front Raises
7. Reverse Flys
8. Press & Close
9. L Raises
10. Upright Row

injured my shoulder back in April, so I couldn't do any shoulder exercises without pain for months– I've done a lot of physio since then and today I can finally do a whole arm workout without discomfort! Gonna stop with one video and not push my luck but yay! progress!

This is crazy.... I've worked with weights, push ups... But my hands have never been more toned and defined... It's like hella strong... God I've never seen it better... Lovingggg it <3

Thank you Cassie for inspiring me. I effectively lost weight just following your videos. From 74kg to just 55kg I even flattened my post partum belly. I love how doable all your exercises are. I Love this workout! I appreciated that you mentioned during Prayer pulse that you should do the best you can b/c sometimes your anatomy is different/physically possible etc. I can only move my left arm b/c of a disability and its just nice to have someone recognize/mention that not everyone can do the exact movements. I try my best and make modifications when needed during your workouts so, ex if its a move like pushups I do sit ups instead.

I’m in recovery so I don’t keep alcohol in the house unless it’s for my mom but I used dumb Bells and it kicked my ass, great video! Thanks Cassey ❤

Didn't have wine bottles, so I used two bottles of cleaning supplies. At some point they started dripping on my mat but I didn't want to stop. In the end, it was so much stuff that it kept bubbling. Now I got my extra workout from rounds of wiping and I got a super clean mat. Thanks Cassey!
