Join me for a 10 min TONED ARMS AND BACK workout with dumbbells to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I am using 5 LB weights (3kg) but you can also go heavier for a more intense burn! This workout will train your biceps, triceps, back and shoulder muscles. Grab your weights and get ready to feel the burn!

This workout is also suitable is you are pregnant, postpartum, have pelvic floor issues or a diastasis recti.

Love this workout! did it with 2kg dumbbells and it was just the perfect burn. Combined it with 10 min Slim Waist and a 5 min Stretch afterwards. Thank you Sally!

I'm a fan of your short workouts. Thank you, Sally. It would be great to have a combined 15-20 min. Workout, standing, with dumbbells for hands + ABS, or another zone.

This is actually my favorite workout-video! I like to combine it with your flat abs workout. Very good evening routine!
I use 2, 5 kilogram dumbbells, they are perfect for me in this program.
