At 72 years old I could do it all with 5 kg dumbbells. Plus 15 regular push-ups. Not bad for an ole woman!!! Great workout! Thanks!

i did 12 pushups, yay!!! also proud of myself for doing (almost) every exercise with 5kg weights. i love arm workouts with dumbbells!!!

I've gone back to a fitness life after a 2 year break, during this time I've gained over 50lbs. Your workouts are keeping me motivated and focused. I'm on the filmmaking industry and honestly the videos are so very well donde. That and the fact that you're an amazing coach! I've come back to this routine probably 6 times in the last month and my arms and shoulders are so sculpted! (I've been doing pilates and yoga as well, but this is where the real definition started to come in!) I was now able to do 22 knee push ups at the end as well 😄

I do this workout once a week. I oscillate between 5 and 10 pound dumbells and I can do 20 knee pushups. I would love to progress to completely doing with 10 pounds :)

This is my third time doing this workout, and I did 13 push-ups the first time, 15 push-ups the second time, and I just did 20 push-ups this time!! 🎉💪I love your videos, ALWAYS a good workout!!
