A few notes:

1. Vein mapping is genetic. If you don't have a lot of surface veins, it doesn't matter what you do.

2. The forearms have very little fat storage on them, so with just a little training, even with a high body fat percentage, you can have an impressive set of forearms.

3. Increasing grip strength is best accomplished by lifting heavy weights. Deadlifts, barbell rows, even bench presses.

4. To best develop your flexors, you need to utilize wrist curls with finger extension.

5. Development of the brachioradialis is best accomplished by doing reverse grip curls and hammer curls.
