Deadhangs (hanging from a bar) is very underrated. Hanging for 60 seconds 3-5 times every day/every other day, and adding weight when bodyweight becomes easy. That will for sure make your grip strength skyrocket + improve shoulder mobility, Health, and decompress the spine! Very underrated exercise, I almost never see anyone do these
