3. Grandiose grand finale, where they exaggerate their life publicly to try to make their victim regret their decision to leave.
4. Fade away over time as you don’t keep feeding them.

I’m SO glad I left him with my cat & ghosted him. He doesn’t have my new number or even know where I live! I also made my online accounts private so he can’t online stalk me like the creeper he is. He definitely did the whole grandiose grand finale. Pathetic🙄

When you leave, the narc goes into panic mode. They try to hoover you by sending their flying monkeys to you, stage a smear campaign against you but eventually, even their flying monkeys get tired of them. At this stage, the narc gets desperate and jumps on to the next victim to get narcissistic supply. If you leave kids with the narc, kids become the immediate source of narcissistic supply. The narc will abuse them, and inflict all manner of pain on them. If you finally succeed to cut off all ties with the narc and move on, you win but the narc never moves on. Narcs can try to trace you even after ten years of no contact. Beware narcs can even kill you if you turn down their hoovers.

When I cut my mom off after she continued to cross my boundaries and harrasse me none stop she started a smear campaign on me for months on Facebook I dont have facebook anymore it's been almost a year and she's still doing this then she betrayeded me by starting a friendship with a person who I thought was a friend who turned out to be a secret enemy and a narcissist themselves this girl has nothing but hate in her heart towards me because I cut her off as well after seeing her true colors. Now they both bond over there hate for me they sit there and bash me and make up lies on my life which they know nothing about it's just really pathetic and demonic to see I wish them well anyways and I'm so glad either one of them are in my life anymore it will only be a matter of time before they turn on each other good luck to them

After I told him to leave after 18 years, He ran smear campaign to his family and friends who I always got along well with so I am sure it didn’t compute to them, he was sometimes issue in those relationships. His finale was to announce he was getting married just 3 months after we finalized divorce and only 7 months after splitting up, definitely proves he is healthy and reflected on his life, lol snd he doesn’t seem desperate or afraid to be alone……so pathetic, God help new supply!

Great video, Kevin!👍 It has been almost 2 years since I went no contact with the narc. The smear campaign she did when I left actually was a blessing in disguise because I found out that the people who I thought were my friends were actually NOT my friends. They never were! So, the narc did me a huge favor. I see her from time to time, but she looks like an empty shell of a person now. No real friendships or life. I am living a peaceful & vibrant life now! I am so happy, so trust me, it does get better!🙂

My GF's sister is a narcissist. She treats people like her staff. They go from one relationship to another until they poison everyone and everything. They USE people and when they are called on it, they are professional at painting themselves the victim. They work their way through a community and in the end, they will move only to start over. My ex went on a smear campaign after our breakup. I stayed away...She stalked online. dropped my kid off with record on child's cell phone activated to snoop. I Was friends with an old neighbor on FB. I unfriended the old neighbor because it gave her visibility. Give them nothing.

They also go into a sobbing mess in front of the children, they hack emails, they piece meal your items to you and more so, hold and keep your family heirlooms, they call adult children, they send mail - even junk mail- to your address, they compile medical bills (that were paid by insurance but it doesn't immediately appear to be the case) to be handed to you at your grandmother's funeral, oh and they immediately strip the home of pictures, decorations, and rearrange furniture to the spots that you wanted but they fought off. They change the garage door code even though you moved 4 hrs away and and they make cookies and celebrate 🍾
