I started getting choked up and tearing up when I thought how peaceful and happy I was without a care in the world. Lots of friends, going out, playing videogames with my sister, I didnt think about stress back then. My current age of 33 y.o, I've been though a lot in my mid twenties, a lot of tears, heartbreak, and no self-worth. I want to regain that again, be happy and carefree again. And I have to give myself that happiness and peace again how I did when I was a baby, 5 y.o and 16 y.o. I deserve to be happy. ANYONE deserves to be happy and to love life to the fullest and BE loved. I pray for that for myself and others while listening to this meditation. 🙏💕

The moment I started visualizing an infant, I started seeing myself as a baby, and I immediately broke down in tears. It's amazing how powerful this meditation is. Thank you!!

I've been dealing with such low self esteem and self hatred, I felt so lost and needed validation that I could believe.
The second this began I broke down, and I cried during the entire thing. I feel so much better.

Being able to go back to the past and then look at the present with the realization that for the universe you are still just a child, it allows you to have more self-compassion with who you are being in the present moment, on your journey. This exercise helps you to free yourself from self-judgments. Thank you!

This is a beautiful exercise that I use often with my clients who are dealing with guilt. Perfectionism, being too self-critical and can't forgive themselves for past mistakes. Thank you for sharing💗 I will continue to share this as well

I appreciate that your voice is not precious, breathy and cloying, like many meditation guides. So helpful for me to hear a kind and clear but matter-of-fact voice. With the typical meditation voice I feel a bit manipulated, and generally choose to go without a guide for this reason. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this, the analogy of the new born is such a good idea. I can feel the contrast between having compassion for the other new born and my new born it really shows the resistance I had to any type of self-compassion. Thank you ❤

Such a powerful meditation. Pulling images from your childhood and telling yourself "You are ok. You deserve love" directly plays towards your subconscious. It's not easy at first, but it sure is uplifting. Thanks for sharing!
