Let's start strong into the new week with this intense, Killer Military Monday Workout! We are working on our full body, we are building strength and we are burning fat with 30 different no repeat Exercises. Put our game face on and let's do it, Team 💪🏼

Please remember that we all are different and that you make this YOUR OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 30 mins with 5 mins of cool-down stretches
👉🏼 No Equipment
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 Level: Medium to Advanced
👉🏼 No Repeat

I figured that every time at the beginning I was so scared and during the entire time of workout I was just trying to catch up with Anna... but by the end I was so proud (and so tired of course lol) that I actually made it and wanted to try again! I even saw you gasping for air, struggling to get the heart rate down at the beginning of the cool down! Made me feel a little better as I was the same way. Well, maybe a little more winded. Another KILLER and further proof you are the queen of the bodyweight workouts...

I used to to boxing. It was the occasion for me to push myself and unwind. My trainings have been cancelled due to coronavirus, but your work outs gave me an alternative to this feeling. I'm dead but it feels Soo good. Thank you, I definitely needed this. Love from France.
