Just finished this challenge yesterday, started from 62.30kg and now im 60.15 kg. with proper diet and lots of water. i also did fasting. i feel healthier and stronger. will go for the 28 day challenge now. Thank youuuu for encouraging everyone here!

Took sooo many breaks in between but I’m proud of myself for finishing the workout! Im seriously so in love with these simple fuss-free workouts - and so many to choose from, there’s always one I can find to do no matter the day!

just finished day one 💪 i onestly completed it in 50 minutes but i’m not ashamed about it because since winter break i spent 2 weeks without working out and now that i’m getting back to it i’m just proud of myself no matter what

I Have been doing HIIT for a bit more than 2 years now, I have seen dozens of them, this is definitely the hardest I've ever had to do. But it feels rly amazing. Congrats for the great work, cheers

Let's see if I will be able to stay awake these 2 more hours until the premiere starts in order to do this workout. I'll probably be too tired to do this anyway, so I guess I should do it in the morning ^^ Definitely looking forward to it 🙃

I'm ready for the challenge.

13/08/2024 It's my first day. I literally took a bath with sweat. I have mild cerebral palsy. I managed to do 3 reps where the burpee variations are included. As always Thank You Anna.

14/08/2024 Legs day. I didnot get proper squats and lunges. All the exercises have been variations of those. I managed to do 3-4 reps where lunges were involved. When the legs are to be placed together my whole body was shaking. Nonetheless I completed the wokeout. After the exercise I couldnot walk properly, my thigh region feels abnormal. Thank You Anna.

15/08/2024 It's independence day here. As I didnot have dumbells I took a bucket with bucket and did the exercises. I really worked out the muscles of biceps hard. Thank you Anna.

16/08/2024 that was not low impact for sure. I started sweating heavily around 20 minutes, I skipped plank toe touches as it was skidding so much. I couldnot do situps at the end. But I did all the other exercises and it motivated me so much. Thank you so much Anna.

I didnot use mini band or dumbells(a small bucket of water) After the workout I realised that I have to find a way to atleast cheat in lunges, there is a huge misbalance during that part of the exercise. I felt the burn nonetheless due to cheating squats and subsequent exercises along the bicycles. Thank You Anna.

I skipped the day without workout. If I give a reason that would be an excuse. I accept the fact that for the day I failed in the challenge

How is that possible to do not skid while jumping lunges? I continued the workout with Tabata without knowing what it is. What understood is it would be less time with different quick workouts. As always the end result is the sweat dripped every inch of my skin, my favourite part. Thank You Anna.

Finally I completed the challenge with stretching. Although I couldnot do Standing lunge stretch I loved this stretching so much that I'm gonna do it daily. Thank You Anna. Love You so much. ❤

It's as usual sweaty day but realised how much I lack strength in legs to do lunges and I have calmed myself to just hold lunge position with the support of hands. That's the day.
