Thanks for this video ! I am 60 and overweight with a bad back and knees. But as I was having my morning coffee and watching this vid on my big screen TV, I decided to rewind and follow along . I was able to do all the moves though some a bit slower than the model was doing . I already feel more energized and less stiff than usual. I bookmarked this vid and will try it again tonight . To all the haters commenting : No this might not be perfect for you, and I agree that this alone is not likely to give me a 6 pack in a month . But it's a place to start for someone that's really out of shape, that costs nothing, requires no equipment at all.

39 pounds down from April 14.
Eating chicken or fish, fruit, vegetables, and only drinking water. 200 push-ups(everyday), 60 Burpee(2x a week), 100 bicep curl( 3x a week), 100 situps (3x a week), running and walk 2 miles(4x a week), 16 to 18 hour fasting (everyday)

I have been doing these exercises for about a month now, and with a good diet, I can tell you that I can see results and every day I feel much better than the previous one, and I can sleep super well without having to do any other activity or take sleeping pills. I will continue with it to see how I get to the end of the year.

The video is about losing belly fat, not sure why ppl are saying anything about a 6 pack. These types of low impact exercises work for losing weight I've done it 15 min a day every day for 14 days. Keep up the good work.

Despite all of the snarky comments, 😊 I think this an excellent video. Most of the exercises are fairly low impact and not too complex. The exercises are unique and I haven’t seen them before.

I am 59 and grossly out of shape. I'm no longer fat because of diet alone but I am weak and have little stamina. I searched for videos such as this and this is the one I've decided to incorporate. I just finished doing this for the first time. I couldn't do any of the "jumping" for very long but I kept at all the exercises with my feet firmly planted. I am winded and I can feel my heart rate increased. I am going to stick with this for four weeks and try to improve my technique as my fitness improves over time. These exercises might just save my life. Thanks for uploading them.

Started doing this regiment before bed 3 1/2 weeks ago. I personally workout regularly. Utilizing different techniques and equipment. No powders, no formulas and never any energy boosting drinks. No 2 minute abs and any other fake miracle workout. I believe in your natural energy drive getting you through your workout. 60 years old and trying to see many more years. So I started this exercise circuit and I really like it. First off it easy on my knees. Even with the minor jumping. My Knees took damage from marching and running for 25 years. I have seen a big difference in my legs and calves. Toned up. It shows slow progression in my upper-body. I do feel a difference in my chest and center ab area. I like the fact that you don’t need repetitions. It form and effective repetitions that count during the count down. After I stopped trying to do what the AI was doing (floating LOL) I became very efficient in each exercise. The side crunch squat is my favorite. I stopped doing squats because of my knees. I have had no trouble doing these with no pain or strain. Predictor Jacks to me give the most chest workout. Step back opposite crunch really hits the abs. I always hated lunges and they were torture on me. The split lunge shoulder twist is a great alternative for me. And the bonus you hit the abs and obliques. If you haven’t tried it. Try it. I’m not calling it a fix all. Because I still have to work these 60 year old obliques. But it’s a great motivator and good way to keep you moving and adding to or starting a workout.

It should be mentioned that people who are not fit ( judge for youself) and weigh more than 100 kg should avoid exercises where you jump. Do that when you are lighter. Your joints won´t be able to cope with impacts from jumping movements. Usually after two weeks the pain will start and you can only stop doing fitness to recover for at least 4 weeks. Start slow, don´t rush it. Getting healthy is a marathon anyways.

just stumbled across this and decided to give it a try. Nice little workout. I am super out of shape and was wanting to quit at 32% but I pushed on through and made it to the end and broke a nice sweat. I did learn however that my coordination is terrible and my knees sound like a bag of bones. I did bookmark this, so lets see how it goes.

These are great low impact aerobic exercises. Any kind of movement is better than nothing. Does it give you a six pack abs I doubt it

Please guys don't let people taking you for fools, to burn belly fat it took me 9 years . I used to jog 30 km per week and 4-5 times in gym per week mostly eating protein foods. Greek physique body is a life journey. . These quick fix, put red flag.
