Omg… I’m so thankful with you right now. I’m a colon cancer survivor and I have so many health issues that sometimes I give up on my diet or exercise. But your 10 min routines bring me so much peace and it makes me feel so good that I can believe that I’m motivated ones again. Thank you again keep the good work 😄

Thank you very much. I like it very much because it"s slow and controled, but effective. ❤️🌹 I'm 53 years old and ballet and pilates suit me best now, I'm tired of hiits, cardio, fitness and similar.

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel.
Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me but those quick workouts at home are what I needed.
Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding.
PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

I live a mostly sedentary life and never exercised much growing up so this video was the perfect starting point for me as a true beginner. I was surprised to find I worked up a sweat so quickly but every exercise was completely doable at the same time. Thanks for making these!
